Approach
OED was applied across the heap and inspected on follow-up visits, targeting the biodegradable load driving the smell.
Outcome
Complete odour removal within 15 minutes at demonstration, followed by a 60% reduction in organic waste volume — establishing an early, repeatable proof point.
